The most controversial section of CISPA is the language – that notwithstanding any other portion the of law, companies can share what they want as long as it’s for what they call a ‘cyber security purpose,'" he told RT.

A very sad sign of the times indeed.

My eldest son had a mishap about 2 years ago. In his school they have an in house police officer, not a plastic one but a full blown brainwashed pig!

I had heard stories about this police officer on many occasions but on this day my son told me he was taken out of class by this twit (copper) and taken into a room on his own...him and the copper and she is female (it kinda does matter believe it or not). This was because one of my sons friends was alledged to have commited an assault on his exgirlfriend and my son was present. It was at about this time that the girl throwing the mud was proven to be telling utter lies (sorry for this dragging on) so there was no arrest or charge but still my son was taken into a room on his own and made (through intimidation) to write and sign a witness statment of which he did...he had just turned 15.

now I was pissed to say the least, My son didnt know his rights at that time (does now), this incident alone is prohibited under the PACE act. I made a formal complaint to the headmaster and got a very quick reply....by phone. He tried a trick or two to get me onside and then realised that I was not as brainwashed as him...He chose to not take it any further the idiot, I chose to take it further.

a long story shortend is that I ended complaining to the police (had some luck) the school governors, ofsted, secratery for education and even approached a solicitor for advice(solicitors would not go near it lol)

The police just wanted to deal with it over the phone so I got a bit firm and now have it all documented but the officers explanation of the incident was so laughable, It basically got to the point where her seargent agreed she was to be diciplined and I had the choice of three options, 1, she was to be sent for re-training (thats the last thing any of us need) 2, She explained to me the reasons why it happened (head scratcher that one) 3, She can be cautioned....beggers belief.

The hoops you have to go to so they can keep it under their big thick carpet yet no appology what soever.

Yes they have all the biometrics from finger printing to evwn a camera in the toilets, the copper has a teacher as her assistant called 'head of dicipline'

Home educate whilst you can or atleast clue your kids up is my advice

Thanks for reading
